BIOGRAPHY

Manù Brunello is an artist who currently lives and works in Venice. Her works are born in hers studio on the island of Giudecca, the result of research and an interpretation of shapes, structures and surfaces of objects, which are represented through the absolute attention of the portrait. The object is then reread with a technique that combines the plot to three-dimensionality, framing it in a sort of iconic representation.

The artist’s source of inspiration is fashion, an art in constant evolution and linked to dynamic variables related to culture, place and time.

“The artistic languages of Manù Brunello have met and merged in the search to extract and reveal the light inside the structure itself, returning it condensed into a form. The connection is such that the perceptive limit is lost, and so the view will sometimes struggle to discern between real technique and representational technique. ”
