After completing the School of Applied Arts in Pula, Tea Bičić graduated in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice in the class of Prof. Paolo Tessari.

Since 1996 she has exhibited in thirty-five solo exhibitions and took part in more than one hundred collective ones in Croatia and abroad, receiving numerous awards and acknowledgements. Her artworks are part of several museums and galleries’ collections but also of many public and private art ones.

She is a member of HDLU Istria (Croatian Association of Artists in Istria) and one of the founders of POOLA Gallery in Pula. Since 2014, she has been working as program coordinator of Labin Town Gallery and as associate for visual arts at the Labin Open Public University. She lives in Labin (Croatia).
