As the 60th edition of the Biennale Arte in Venice draws to a close, the Concilio Europeo dell’Arte invites visitors to immerse themselves in its remarkable exhibitions during the final week of this prestigious art exposition.
The Concilio is thrilled to have presented, during this edition of the Biennale, the exhibition The Essence of K-Art: A Journey from Hand to Spirit, in collaboration with Artistic Director Jeongju Choi and with the generous support of the Gana Foundation of Seoul, Korea. The exhibition, featuring the works of artists Ha In-doo, Park Seo-bo, Ko Young-hoon, and Jung Hye-ryun, explores the deep connection between tradition and innovation in contemporary Korean art, offering an unmissable experience for art lovers seeking fresh perspectives.
From the very first days of the Biennale, the pop superrealist sculptures by Carole Feuerman, exhibited in the garden of Caffè Ristorante Paradiso, have continually welcomed and captivated visitors to the Giardini. The two monumental bronze works, Tranquility and My Body, My Rules, depict female figures in an atmosphere of reflection and serenity. The Concilio Europeo dell’Arte is proud to have once again hosted the works of Carole Feuerman, reinforcing a long-standing collaboration that celebrates her extraordinary mastery in superrealist sculpture.
As an exception, during the final week of the Biennale, the exhibition will also be open on Monday, November 18th. The Concilio staff will be pleased to welcome visitors and offer guided tours to discover these must-see exhibitions, which will remain open until the closing day of the Biennale on Sunday, November 24th, 2024.
